Support Us: When you make a gift to the Smithsonian Latino Center, you make a gift to the nation.

Your generous contribution to the Smithsonian Latino Center will help us tell the Latino story at the nation's museum. Through exhibits, public programs, educational outreach, and research, we strive to ensure that Latinos are represented at the Smithsonian.

We welcome donations from individuals and private entities who wish to join our efforts to ensure quality Latino programming at the Smithsonian. To make a personal donation, please visit our donation page. To learn about corporate opportunities, please visit our sponsorship page.

All donations received by 2017 will support the Smithsonian Latino Center's $4 million goal, as part of the Smithsonian Campaign. Publicly launched October 2014, the $1.5 billion Smithsonian Campaign is the largest in history for a cultural insititution and aims to tell America's story, spark discovery, inspire lifelong learning and use technologies to reach people everywhere. Visit our Smithsonian Campaign page for more details.

Check out our recently expanded Annual Report! This year, the Annual Report grew in size in order to fully represent the extent of the Center's achievements throughout the Smithsonian and around the country. With your support, we are building presence, preserving our culture, and working towards a more permanent presence on the National Mall.

Be sure to watch the video below for a tour through the Smithsonian's Latino past collections, given by Eduardo Díaz, Director of the Smithsonian Latino Center.

"Knowing your cultural narrative is essential to understanding yourself. The history of Latinos in the U.S. is a great American history, and you can't truly understand our nation without it. The arts help us understand our past, put the present in context and anticipate the future. That's why the Smithsonian Latino Center is so important."
