An Artistic Medley from Trinidad and Tobago
Education Guide

Dear Students, Teachers, and Parents:

This education guide will introduce you to the vibrant culture and art of Trinidad and Tobago. As an important part of the exhibition, Sing Me a Rainbow: An Artistic Medley from Trinidad and Tobago, it focuses on the history, resources, language, traditions, and art forms of this twin-island nation located in the southern part of the Caribbean basin.

The exhibit contains over 80 works by more than 20 of the country's most talented painters, sculptors, and photographers, and represents just a small portion of the wealth of creativity that this culture holds. The colors alone will take your breath away!

This guide will provide a better understanding of a country and its people which are relatively unknown in the United States. We encourage you to view the exhibition to learn even more about this exciting nation so close to our own.

Enjoy Sing Me a Rainbow!
