Learn how the National Museum of the American Latino can build a museum that honors the dreams, challenges, and triumphs of U.S. Latinos, elevating our stories within the nation’s narrative. Light bites and refreshments will be available.

- “Try-It!” Tesoros and Tiliches: Preserving your Family Heritage — Learn how to prevent damage to your precious family heirlooms.
- Interactive Tables — Meet local community-based organizations to learn about their work and resources. Organizations include Art Division, Avenue 50 Studio, Place It, Salvies Who Lunch, Textile Arts LA, and Well Connected Español (Front Porch).
- Los Angeles community leaders will join the National Museum of the American Latino to discuss their efforts to preserve local histories through art, community building, and foodways. The conversation will feature Cynthia Gonzalez, Salvies Who Lunch; Paulina Lopez Velasquez, Guelaguetza Restaurant; and Guadalupe Rosales, Veteranas and Rucas.
