On July 15th, the United States Postal Service issued a series of five postage stamps depicting mariachi musicians. Designed by the National Postal Museum's Guest Artist, Rafael Lopez, these stamps joyfully celebrate the vibrant colors and sounds of mariachi music and Mexican culture.
Visit the National Postal Museum between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm ET for a Family Day celebration of Latinx music and the new mariachi stamps. Rafael Lopez will be on site to lead visitors through stories, musical performances, crafts, and games.
