The Latino Initiatives Pool is a federal fund that provides financial support to Smithsonian units for exhibits, research, collections, conservation, archival work and school and public programs.
The Latino Working Committee serves as a clearinghouse to promote the recruitment, hiring, retention and promotion of Latino and Latina staff, fellows and interns at the Institution.
